Flexibility is key for us!

Since we don’t want to lock you into a rigid meal package we find it best to use an hourly pricing setup. With fluctuations in grocery prices, our current average is $105 per person (including gratuity) on groups of 8 or more people. Smaller group sizes than 8 tend to have a higher average with groups of 4 coming to around $125 per person and then a little higher for anything less than that. Our pricing formula:

labor + groceries + gratuity (20%) = Total bill

Because we range from casual dinners to weddings we have a few offerings based on the experience you would like to have, I also make recommendations for labor needs based on your menu and group size.

Current Labor rates based on your group size:

One Chef (Our Most Common)

1-4 persons: $58 per hour

5-8 persons: $68 per hour

9-12 persons: $88 per hour

13-16 persons: $98 per hour (buffet)

17-20 persons: $108 per hour (buffet)

21-24 persons: $128 per hour (buffet)

Two Chefs: 

This is most common with groups over 30 people or groups that may have more labor intensive menus. The chefs will arrive together and stay for the entire process. Our additional chef rate is $37.50 per hour which is reflected in the rates below. 

21-24 persons: $155.50 per hour

25-28 pp: $165.50 per hour

29-32 pp: $175.50 per hour

33-36 pp: $185.50 per hour

37-40 pp $195.50 per hour

Kiddos/Kids food: We count them as a person in the headcount if we are feeding them, unless it’s babies eating off  Mom and Dad’s plate : ) Our kids food is made from scratch including the pizza dough which we can make interactive and let them assemble their own personal pizzas. We don’t require you to have us feed your kids, and we will not be offended if you pop a tray of dino nuggies in the oven.

Billing Information (what to expect) – 

Deposit: We take an upfront deposit for the date. It is non-refundable and is automatically deducted from your total bill. The deposit is $75 for each day booked, and $100 for larger groups of 20 people and above. I send an invoice request through Square so your payment is secure, and it is your confirmation of booking. 

We also take a Credit card on file for backup when you pay your initial deposit ( just click the save card to file box).

Gratuity: 20% in automatically included in the bill and goes directly to the chef(s) : )

Payment terms: Our billing is done on Tuesdays and Fridays.  The Tuesday after your dinner, You’ll receive your follow up “after meal email” with a meal breakdown just like in the link at the top of the page, and instructions for your preferred method of payment : )  I then do the processing on Friday, I will just automatically run the card on file if payment is not received yet. If you’d like to pay with a different card I can send you a square invoice : ) In situations you want to pay in cash/check you can let you chef know and I will try to get you the bill that night if I can!

Accepted Payment Methods:  All major credit cards (3.5% processing added)  /  Venmo, Zelle, Cash app /  Cash, Check,  let me know if you prefer ACH which has a lower processing fee of 1%
