Breakfast menu

I am happy to have breakfast back on the menu! The best way to choose from this menu is to pick an egg dish and options of your choosing, and then round it out with the “breakfast bar” add ons at the bottom of the menu.


Egg Dishes- for each dish with different fillings, and ingredients please select the options you would like to have


Eggs scrambled and/or cooked to order


Caprese – basil, tomato, mozzarella

Italian – sausage, onion, pepper, Parmesan

Southwestern – green chiles, chorizo, tomato, cilantro, crumbled queso fresco

Country – ham, cheddar, spinach

Omelets to order 

Meats: ham, sausage, bacon, chorizo, turkey sausage

Vegetables: bell peppers, spinach, mushroom, tomato, jalapenos, onion,

Cheeses: Swiss, Cheddar, Cheddar jack, Gruyere

Filling: Canadian bacon, sausage, bacon, cheddar, swiss, pepper jack

Eggs benedict with English muffin

Hollandaise varieties: Regular (vegetarian), Bacon, Red pepper

Toppings: Canadian bacon, avocado, lox, wilted spinach, tomato, bacon

Avocado Toast and egg fried egg, smashed avocado, pickled red onion, arugula in simple vinaigrette
