Step 3: If you have a member of your group that only wants steak, just let us know, their plate will look like this (if version 1 selected) :

Sometimes I will label the better or my favorite option – in this case the kale pairs nicely with the trout dish and the cream sauce benefits from having potatoes to sop it up. Of course, choose the one you prefer, it is just a suggestion : )
