Duo Plate (half and half plate) instructions and example : 

 

Step 1: Pick your 2 favorite entrees for the group

 

Blackened trout with Alabama white sauce, dirty rice, and kale slaw GF, PESC

Tenderloin, asparagus, mashed potato, caramelized onion and garlic cream sauce GF

 

Step 2: Pick one side from each dish

Version 1 – better option

1/2 Blackened trout with Alabama white sauce, and kale slaw GF, PESC

1/2 Tenderloin,  mashed potato, caramelized onion and garlic cream sauce GF

Version 2 

1/2 Blackened trout with Alabama white sauce, dirty rice GF, PESC

1/2 Tenderloin, asparagus,  caramelized onion and garlic cream sauce GF

 

Step 3: If you have a member of your group that only wants steak, just let us know, their plate will look like this (if version 1 selected) : 

(full) Tenderloin, mashed potato, kale slaw, caramelized onion and garlic cream sauce GF

 

Sometimes I will label the better or my favorite option – in this case the kale pairs nicely with the trout dish and the cream sauce benefits from having potatoes to sop it up. Of course, choose the one you prefer, it is just a suggestion : )
