Pick your 2 favorite entrees for the group, for example:
Blackened trout with Alabama white sauce, dirty rice, and kale slaw GF, PESC
Tenderloin, asparagus, mashed potato, caramelized onion and garlic cream sauce GF
Then you would narrow down to 1 side from each dish:
- most people end up with 1 starch and 1 veg on the plate

Version 2

You will get a 1/2 portion of each protein along with it’s respective sauce. If you have a member of your group that only wants steak, just let us know, their plate will look like this
